For clients using out-of-network benefits, I provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. I am happy to walk you through this process at your first visit.

Your Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. You are entitled to this estimate in writing at least one business day before your appointment. Please ask for one any time.
